Confirmation of booking to Piccolo Paradiso can be made by letter, mail or e-mail. Reservations are not valid until the 50% down payment is made. This deposit is payable within 5 working days for initial reservation. The payment of balance falls due at least 90 days before lease-period. If the time between booking and the beginning of the lease-period is less than 90 days, then the total amount falls due for payment immediately instead of the prepayment. Payment may be made by cashiers check or credit card (PayPal). Returned personal checks that do not clear result in cancellation of reservation and a 10% penalty. If the tenant is not able or willing to fulfill contract obligations, the following amounts are calculated as cancellation fees: -90 days before beginning of renting: 30% of the total rent -30 days before beginning of renting: 60% of the total rent -8 days before beginning of renting: 90% of the total rent -In the last 7 days before beginning of renting: 100% of the total rent No animals are allowed unless used to aid the handicapped and only after prior arrangements are made. The owner of the property will, from time to time, enter the house only to perform scheduled or requested maintenance All rentals periods are from Saturday to Saturday. No fractions will be permitted. Please check in to the house between 5:00 PM an 8:00 PM and depart by 10:00 AM. Prior to your departure, you will be provided with a payment voucher and that voucher along with valid passports for all attending members must be presented to the owner of the house. The owner may refuse without refund, any attendant without proper identification. Only registered guests may stay at the home.
